ENERGY PRODUCTION WITH THE RECYCLING OF MUNICIPAL & INDUSTRIAL SOLID WASTE

Introduction:

The processing of Municipality, Industrial, Hospital and landfill waste are an ever increasing problem in these days as ever, cities grow in population, so the proper management of waste residues is a survival imperative.

Uncontrolled open waste dumps as pollutes the air and groundwater, generating more diseases and poverty, and landfills adding little benefit.

In an attempt to recycle the energy value of the solid waste, many countries are building waste incineration plants, but these are still inefficient and continue to pollute the environment.

To solve this problem once and permanently, as a newer technology, there  have been created the technology of High Temperature Conversion of Waste to Energy via ”gasification”,  which is the most efficient technology in recent years and eliminates “incineration”, gasification process by which the waste is not only consumed within a chamber at high temperature and with small and controlled values of oxygen, but also creates a gas of high energy content, which can generate electric power, thermal energy and hydrocarbons such as diesel, gasoline or methanol, in a safely manner without contamination.

RICHLAND GROUP offers one of the most advanced and efficient High Temperature Conversion of Waste to Energy technologies in the world, from the best tradition of German engineering to USA and Italian technologies, via the use of latest techniques of the steel industries developed for over two hundred years ago, which recycles virtually all types of waste excluding the radioactive residues.

RICHLAND GROUP has been incorporated since 2009 to oversee sales, marketing, investment and development of projects in general and particularly, in GREEN ENERGY (Recycling Plants) and RENEWABLE ENERGY (SHPP) and with extensive experience in South and Central America, Middle East and many other countries

Technical details of proposed plant:

High Temperature Gasification, recycles 97% to 99% of waste, with high and low calorific values, mixed in the same process, so it is not necessary to separate, or grinding, with 0% of greenhouse gases emission, 0% of odors and 0% of water pollution, no ash residue and with remaining 1% to 3% of powders and salts, obtaining more economic benefits, reducing the waste disposal costs and process Waste to Energy for local use.

High Temperature Gasification is a process where municipal, industrial and even hazardous hospital waste are subjected to temperature levels between 1,500°C to 2,500°C, so that contaminant waste and toxic waste can also process, which become harmless or reusable.

This high efficiency allows the investment in energy plants from waste recycling to become much profitable economically, generating wealth and protecting the environment, allowing the municipalities and private companies to obtain benefits from the waste management service, by obtaining electricity to be sold to national grids.

Our Waste to Energy plant projects also produce other benefits, such as qualified local job creation, and make products for the construction industry.

Important Note: Since our chambers and plant could be manufactured locally, which will make big savings by eliminating transportation costs and shall allow the technology to be used to generate more plants locally and also create more manufacturing jobs and our technicians and engineers would be coming to the country of location site to supervise the manufacturing process until the system is being commissioned and ready for use.

Additionally, our technology is able to clean LANDFILLS, with wastes older than one year as well

Moreover, High Temperature Gasification is a scalable and modular technology, so you can build from small plants, single or mobile, to large municipality and industrial plants, which are integrated economically to the existing infrastructures.

RICHLAND GROUP may assist and prepare the pre-feasibility studies of a new plant for municipalities and private companies that need to process waste in general, manage existing landfills and even in citywide collection of Municipality Solid Waste, etc., in order to determine the best solution and size that fit the city and locality needs.

Once confirmed the pre-feasibility with the manufacturer, RICHLAND GROUP shall share the results and outcome of the pre-feasibility study and sign an agreement of cooperation with the interested municipalities or local investors and start the road map process for installation of the plants.

RICHLAND GROUP may provide funding for the construction of the new recycling plants through financing and investment packages especially geared for GREEN ENERGY, through affiliated partners, which may be enhanced depending on the profile of the project and the applicant partners and Municipalities involved.

The beneficiary customer will provide the land, the waste management concession contract, the energy purchase-sale contract (PPA), local licenses, permits, guarantees, etc., on as needed bases.

The period of construction of our proposed typical Waste to Energy Plant is normally averaged about 14 to 16 months at the beginning, however as plants are being guided to be produced locally, the installation period may be reduced gradually, and all manufacturing process per the standards of the manufacturer that provides the technology as a turnkey operation.

For more details and planning, you are welcome to contact us for further consultation and implementation of yoiur planned projects and we shall arrange for existing plant visitation and plan for meetings as requested.
